I'm a licensed Texas real estate agent with The Sears Group, working with sellers, landlords, and investors across Houston and surrounding areas. My path into this industry started on the investor side, not the agent side - and that background shapes how I work with every client today.

I'm a Certified SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) specialist, and tax sales are a specific area of expertise - I know how to source distressed and off-market properties directly from tax sale opportunities most agents never touch. That tax sale expertise has paid off directly: I've sourced and flipped land deals at a significant margin, including one purchase at $1,600 that resold for $20,000, a return of more than 12x my initial investment. I also own rental property myself, including experience running Airbnbs, so I understand holding costs, cash flow, and what actually makes a property profitable, not just sellable.
